Scary song. It's talking about what's going to happen at the end of the world. 'Rivers of Belief' was also taken from Revelations. I can't imagine how it will be when the 7th seal opens and the whole universe goes absolutely silent for exactly half an hour. But this song is creepy. I love it!!

i don't understand a couple of things here. can someone explain to me:

1. why do they say in the lyrics "The first *BOWL* on earth... etc." what do they mean by saying the word "Bowl"?

2. how is the title of the song connected to the song itself?

@yorgan007 It is from the book of Revelation. God instructs the Angels to pour out specific bowls. The contents of the bowls leads to certain calamities. Such as the Sun going black and the waters becoming poisonous.

I believe this is a cover song of the "Seven Bowls" , Aphroditas Child is the name of the band, a Greek band from 60-ties. The legendary Vangelis played in that band.
