Its called a taper fade. The only difference between a taper and a taper fade is a taper fade is the the shape and angle as a taper but just a lil bit higher. as you can see its right above the ear. On a taper you leave hair behind the ear. Get it..

hey that speed o that you first put on for the top of his head/bangs and all what guard was that? was it #1A-9/16" or what I like that length I would like to cut mine like this.

use detachable blade clippers ( andis bgrc,oster 76 and such) when cutting straight hair,, I see that you use the speed o guide guards with the oster fast feed,maybe thats good for black clients but wont cut people with straight hair even and smooth, just use the fast feed at the start and at the end when ur ending a taper or fade..( with straight hair that is)

It looks "gay" from the back because its 1/4 videos, if you've ever been to a barber shop you would know that the cut looks stupid in the beginning. He erases the line and cuts a killer fade for the finished product.
