I will have to use this when I go to court next. I get pulled over all the time but never get ticketed because I don't contract. Hopefully sometime an officer will cite me so I can use this in court. I will be also asking for their Bar license as they are "supposed to be licensed in this STATE along with their Foreign Agent Registration as per the "Foreign Agent Registration Act of 1985" they must be registered and their anti bribery statement which will reinforce my conflict of interest paper.

@1searchers Well the court must first make an offer and you must accept that offer for there to be a contract. For instance when an officer pulls you over and asks, "Do you know why I pulled you over?" If you admit to doing something wrong then you have admitted to driving (driving is done for hire.) If you tell the officer that you are traveling and not driving and you refuse his offer of contract then he has no jurisdiction and no acceptance. Without those to elements there is no contract.

Secondly, if you show the officer your license, have you proven jurisdiction over you? Lastly, do you have to be a sovereign to even think of pulling this off? Thankyou
@c6rocks The judge takes an Oath to uphold the constitutions this is filed with the Secretary of State if it is a Curcuit, District, or Supreme Court. Municipalities file them either with the County recorder or their own court. They don't want to show them because it shows that they are to uphold those constitutions first before their duties. Anytime I show an officer my license I first explain to him that I am not driving but am traveling and I claim common law jurisdiction.
@c6rocks Lastly in reply to needing to be sovereign. Yes you do have to be sovereign domicile in a sovereign State. The thing they don't want you to know is that you are already sovereign. Words like citizen, resident, individual and so on deal with people that have a contract with the entity seeking jurisdiction. The SSN#, DL, and Birth Certificate are contracts and these are how the courts recognize us (i.e. upon entering the court the judge asks, "are you C 6 ROCKS?").
@1searchers Usually when I get pulled over I hand them my affidavits inwhich I have defined all the words on the citation and used in court to show them that I am in fact not driving. I do show them respect because there is a great chance that they just haven't heard of this as it is just now starting to get big. I challenge the court on a few different levels to show them that I do know what I'm doing and they shouldn't be doing this.
@1searchers The first level I challenge them on is a statutory level. I ask to see the contract since they are statutory. I then reference the statute that they are accusing me of breaking. It usually states that a driver or operator can't do a certain thing. The supreme court has held that driving and operating deal with commerce, and traveling is totally seperate. I challenge them on this level is because they are under oath and therefore under the statutes.
@1searchers The second level is common law because I claim common law jurisdiction. I have 207 cases that I use in court to reference for the right to travel. These are cases in which the courts have held that if one is not making money while using a vehicle then they are traveling and are free to do so underr their rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Furthermore I have a few cases that show that cars are safer than horse and buggies so traffic laws are not for safety.
@1searchers The last level is constitutional law, UCC, USC, and American Jurisprudence (Am Jur. is commonly called the conscience of the law.) Under these I have around 100 texts supporting the right to travel. If the court is still giving me problems after this I ask the judge, "Am I entitled to a fair trial? Can I have a fair trial if there is a conflict of interest? Who pays you?" Then I demand to cross examine my accuser.
@1searchers Then ask the officer, "Did you have an affidavit of probable cause? What are the elements needed for A.P.C.?" Then I ask, "Did you sign a valid cause of action against me? What are the elements of a valid cause of action?" An affidavit of probable must show the judge that you commited a crime and the officer has facts and evidence to show that you did. A valid cause of action shows that you commited a trespass and caused injury and the plaintiff has come to the court for redress.

@anajinn Prisoners do not have an automatic right to access a lawyer unless they are about to go to trial or appeal. The right to representation applies only with respect to the right to a fair trial, not while incarcerated. If the request to appeal is rejected, then the prisoner has no right to counsel.
@williamwagener He/she loses his her jurisdiction if he/she leaves the courtroom 3 times. First time judge acts as a banker, second time s/he come back to the courtroom s/he is the captain of the ship and third and final time s/he is acting as a priest. If s/he can not get jurisdiction over you all three times s/he must recuse him/herself!

Even though the police did arrive and speak to the judge the case was adjourned but the defendant still received a summary judgement from the court for the amount that the local government council was claiming for and the time the that the judgement was signed was before this court was convened.

I will have to use this when I go to court next. I get pulled over all the time but never get ticketed because I don't contract. Hopefully sometime an officer will cite me so I can use this in court. I will be also asking for their Bar license as they are "supposed to be licensed in this STATE along with their Foreign Agent Registration as per the "Foreign Agent Registration Act of 1985" they must be registered and their anti bribery statement which will reinforce my conflict of interest paper.

@1searchers Well the court must first make an offer and you must accept that offer for there to be a contract. For instance when an officer pulls you over and asks, "Do you know why I pulled you over?" If you admit to doing something wrong then you have admitted to driving (driving is done for hire.) If you tell the officer that you are traveling and not driving and you refuse his offer of contract then he has no jurisdiction and no acceptance. Without those to elements there is no contract.

@c6rocks The judge takes an Oath to uphold the constitutions this is filed with the Secretary of State if it is a Curcuit, District, or Supreme Court. Municipalities file them either with the County recorder or their own court. They don't want to show them because it shows that they are to uphold those constitutions first before their duties. Anytime I show an officer my license I first explain to him that I am not driving but am traveling and I claim common law jurisdiction.

@c6rocks Lastly in reply to needing to be sovereign. Yes you do have to be sovereign domicile in a sovereign State. The thing they don't want you to know is that you are already sovereign. Words like citizen, resident, individual and so on deal with people that have a contract with the entity seeking jurisdiction. The SSN#, DL, and Birth Certificate are contracts and these are how the courts recognize us (i.e. upon entering the court the judge asks, "are you C 6 ROCKS?").

@1searchers Usually when I get pulled over I hand them my affidavits inwhich I have defined all the words on the citation and used in court to show them that I am in fact not driving. I do show them respect because there is a great chance that they just haven't heard of this as it is just now starting to get big. I challenge the court on a few different levels to show them that I do know what I'm doing and they shouldn't be doing this.

@1searchers The first level I challenge them on is a statutory level. I ask to see the contract since they are statutory. I then reference the statute that they are accusing me of breaking. It usually states that a driver or operator can't do a certain thing. The supreme court has held that driving and operating deal with commerce, and traveling is totally seperate. I challenge them on this level is because they are under oath and therefore under the statutes.

@1searchers The second level is common law because I claim common law jurisdiction. I have 207 cases that I use in court to reference for the right to travel. These are cases in which the courts have held that if one is not making money while using a vehicle then they are traveling and are free to do so underr their rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Furthermore I have a few cases that show that cars are safer than horse and buggies so traffic laws are not for safety.

@1searchers The last level is constitutional law, UCC, USC, and American Jurisprudence (Am Jur. is commonly called the conscience of the law.) Under these I have around 100 texts supporting the right to travel. If the court is still giving me problems after this I ask the judge, "Am I entitled to a fair trial? Can I have a fair trial if there is a conflict of interest? Who pays you?" Then I demand to cross examine my accuser.

What are the elements of a valid cause of action?" An affidavit of probable must show the judge that you commited a crime and the officer has facts and evidence to show that you did. A valid cause of action shows that you commited a trespass and caused injury and the plaintiff has come to the court for redress.

The right to representation applies only with respect to the right to a fair trial, not while incarcerated. If the request to appeal is rejected, then the prisoner has no right to counsel.

I need to add that what the guy in this presentation said isn't entirely true.
Even though the police did arrive and speak to the judge the case was adjourned but the defendant still received a summary judgement from the court for the amount that the local government council was claiming for and the time the that the judgement was signed was before this court was convened.
makes you wonder what the point of the court case was if it had already been granted before the start of the hearing.

Common Law is the root and base of statut law,and therefore can over rule it if play correctly and enough people stand behind it it will not fail, in the USA people need to read the 7th amendment to the constitution.

It is astounding the lengths that officers of the court will go to assume jurisdiction. Most people would have stood up and walked out when they told them to leave.
It was very interesting to watch every attempt by the court be thrown back in their lap as a question that the court had to answer to.
What is most impressive is that those yellow uniformed officers upheld their oath. How did they achieve this? Fascinating.
