obviously bruce lee lifted weights he didnt have to worry about getting big, because for oneit would be hard for someone as active as him to put on mass, another thing is bodybuilders take years to get that big and they lift weights in a very precise way, they do heavy weight and usually low reps eat loads of means a day and dont bother doing cardio alot of them bruce lee done light weights high reps also did isometrics,bullworker,isotonic and body weight exercises

Of course, you're too young but you must be quite an intimidating site on the wrestling mat! If I were 14 again and knew that I had to wrestle you in gym class (many years ago, wrestling was a unit in phys ed class), I would fake that I was sick and tell my mom that I couldn't go to school that day! Seriously! I'd be scared shitless to face you on a wrestling mat!!

@MatthewTheB3serker Bruce actually did use weights. If you've read some of his books he talks about his experience.
Plus you can find pictures of him lifting weights.
He did use weights, but just because you lift weights doesn't mean that you bulk up super big. Plenty of people can lift and still be great.
