I hate to say this, but the truth is in my opinion, i think saigon is so polluted and dirty with trash everywhere in the in the street, and the the water in the river is contaminated. If you look at other asian capital like bangkok, seoul, or taipei these city use to be dirty in the past, but with the cooperation of the people these city are now one of the most cleanist city compare to the western world and that what the people in saigon need to do in order to make the city more beautiful.
