Fantastic video. The MESSENGER mission is one of my favourites. Mercury is a fascinating planet, in my mind is as interesting as any of the others & is a real rosetta stone of the inner solar system. Mercury is a unique planet, unlike anything else & is very fundamentally different from the Moon. Great video, lets hope there will be a part 2. Since this video was made, MESSENGER has returned a huge bounty of new data & incredible imagery. Thank you putting this on YouTube.
