I waited 20 years to see him live and that happened in Rio (Brazil) back in 2000. Someone threw a small/half empty plastic bottle of mineral water straight to his head. He continued singing. It was total barbaric and sad, but Morrissey is a great artist and he could feel all the love coming from 99.99% of the audience!!!!!!!

the best morrissey live "performance" ever !! was there and for a big outdoor gig it was a very intimate performance with lots of references to his upbringing in the surrounding areas .. very touching and this song gives me goosbumps , even after 20 plus years !

I had the luck of seeing him live in Vegas in '02 (there was no way in hell I was going to wait back in Peru to see him) back when no recording company would sign him so he went on a big tour to prove that he can still sell out his shows. I guess this shows are to a Moz fan what Mecca is to a muslim...pure devotion
