It's Italian television show : Sometimes, during these years, they had so many different show to perform in a very short period of time, so they hadn't time to plug and unplug all the stuffs, et asked the artist to play playback. That's the reason why they're doing this.

If you look at them, they look like having lot of fun, maybe it's because they know they are not doing anything rationnal ^^

Good tune. But... why this programs always want to make those guys playing without cables? Unplugged guitars??? It is a little bit embarrassing... I think that's the reason for the laughs in the start of the song. It's very nice to see those brothers in the same stage, isn't it?

I read somewhere that David didn't leave... he was fired by Mark who questioned his commitment and also that he couldn't hack it as a guitarist. David (in interviews) didn't like touring. But, only they know what really happened. While I like David, too, it's quite obvious that they are miles apart when it comes to talent. Mark is simply brilliant!

is a playback and I can tell you three parts of this video which is clear: Look at the minutes 0:35 to 0:38, even hear the saxophone when he, saxophonist tocar.y stops another error is in the minutes 1:46 to 1:48 voice is heard, "yeahehehe, and David is far from distracted by the guitar microphone XD.

another bug I saw in the minute 1:29, David Knopfler away from the microphone, you realize and correct it quickly.

No me imaginaba a Mark Knopfler haciendo playback... Aún así sigue siendo mi guitarrista favorito.

Malísimo, no solo no tienen las guitarras enchufadas sino que además en algún momento (1:30) se oye la voz de David pero no está en el micrófono y se acerca corriendo. Y en otros momentos se oye el saxofón pero no está tocando. ¿Y dónde está el piano? Suena al final de la canción pero no lo veo.
