@animalLuverify Hi! Yes, you go out with a guide (unless you happen to own your own horse, in which case you'd have to get a permit.). On Cape San Blas you are only allowed to walk, by law -- sorry. In some other Florida locations you can go faster if your guide thinks you're capable.
