Hey, errm. i have some Mac OX cursors but there wasnt a install file. what should i do ?

Not sure what advice to offer since it's a requirement to have a .inf file and kind of odd that one didn't come with it.

You could search around for a third-party program that allows you to customize your cursors. An example would be a program by the same people who makes WindowBlinds.

You have to search for and download a utility called UniversalThemePatcher to enable custom themes and after that you could check out a free application to help install it with ease called Windows Theme Installer.

I'm not sure since I never had that problem before. The navigation buttons and top bar are determined by explorerframe.dll and shell32.dll which you need to make sure are replaced in the system32 folder of Windows

Sorry for the late reply. You need either WinRAR or 7zip to open the .rar file.

how do you un-install the AeroX theme do you just restore the patches?

If you're using WIndows Themes Installer then yes. Click on restore and it'll restore backups of your original files that the program keeps on your hard drive. =)

I remembering doing this in the 90's ... and Windows Plus was a cool addon.

I actually enjoy the default icons, and pointers ... but very nice vid, very detailed explaining how to customize.

Thanks, I use default icons and cursors myself for the most part, rarely use custom ones...just when my mood fits it.

I had forgotten about the "Plus!" add-on, haven't used that since Windows 95/98 which seems like a lifetime ago. =O
