What about all the problems the company ignored with people who bought the diesel model boats and World Cat basically ignored these customers? WC knew the hatches leaked water directly into the turbos and destroyed the engines, and components but they did not recall the defective boats to repair them for their customers. Why did WC ignore the customer after the sale?
