  • Lovely relaxed playing, listened twice, thanks!!

  • Nice guitar! I would like to buy a National Triolian steel body but this one is also very interesting. Not sure which one to buy. Maybe you can give some advise?

  • @NiekkieNick Thanks very much. Actually, I was on my way to buy a National Vintage Steel, which was sold before I got there. So, I "settled" for this one. Boy, I'm glad I did! It has the punch of a resophonic guitar with the sweetness of a mahogany wood guitar. I find that it's very versatile and works in many styles, not just country blues. Good luck!

  • Brilliant!!!!! Ive just bought a Regal and cant believe it its a dream!! Do you happen to know this song in open D tuning?? Thanks and congratulations!!!

  • @gaturro86 Thanks for the kind words. I've never tried in open D. I'd probably play bottleneck on it, which sounds great on this guitar. Enjoy your Regal!

  • Nice!

  • Nice rendition - I'm thinking of buying an National M2, are you still enjoying yours?

  • Yes, absolutely. It's such a versatile guitar. I just took it to an old-timey, bluegrass jam the other night and it sat in the mix very nicely. Not to brash, but still cuts through an acoustic mix. National just put out the M1 Tri-cone which is absolutely stunning. I'd check that one out as well.

  • Yes the M1 looks sweet - Haven't reached the UK yet though unfortunately but would love to try one. Cheers

  • very nice stuff!!

  • really good

  • Nice hat and good job. I was going to buy the M2 today. Looks like you really love your guitar.

Take care and keep on picking

  • Did you wind up buying it? I really like mine. It's great for slide, but just as easily can be used for old-timey country a la Jimmie Rodgers.

  • much better than some of the other covers of this out there. nicely done!

  • although i didnt like it, its a good approach keep it up

  • you are sincere, it's the true

    bravo

    5 stars

  • Hello, What year is your guitar ?

  • It was made in June of 2006. Good old National! They're still making great instruments.

  • nice! 5 star.

  • Great version !

  • cooooooooooooool!

  • Excellent version TeleDan (ResoDan).
