Can someone help? I'm downloading sc4-deluxe edition, and I need to know if it's the same as the rush hour expansion pack. I had the expansion, but I never got the full game until now.

Simcity Deluxe is the same if you talk about roads, buildings and such.

If you want to use cracks, trainers and mods you should download those for Deluxe. :)

dont u get a lot of congestion on the roads?

cuz im alwayz having to upgrade my roads to one ways and avenues in my cities. and one of dem only has a pop. of 60,000!

Try to make more public transport. Look where the most people are going by road and make a train line or subway to that area.

So, I take it you did quite a bit of region work considering the erratic RCI demand. You gotta love that game's quirks sometimes, like the rendering, radical demands, and weird routes some of the people take in the cities.
