and I didn't really like how it ended. Darren Shan could've ended it in so many ways that involved making another book or two for the series. And, the whole **Spoiler Alert**

Mr.Tiny is Darren's dad just knocks me right off the cliff. I mean, who could've saw THAT coming??

Yeah, I know. AND Murlough didn't teach Steve, half vampires can't flit, Darren didn't fall in love with a monkey girl(who's actually pretty ugly in my opinion), etc.... they just totally destroyed the movies... I really loved the first book of the series, but book 8 when Mr.Crepsley dies is my favorite book. Also, I really like the Vampire Prince and The Trials of Death =). But maaann! I just don't know what to say about the ending... it could've gone so many ways

@angelandbuffyxxx to me the most heart touching part is when he said that his heart leaped out of his mouth when he once again experiences Mr. Crepsley's aroma in the final book and has so many feelings to express to Mr. Crepsley as a little person. I wanted to cry that moment lol. :)

Mr. Crepsley is sooo not him! He's a disgrace! They should burn that person alive... they got so much wrong! First of all, he has 1 large scar, not 3 like the mark of a vampaneze, second, OBVIOUSLY, is his hair!! He's not supposed to have a poof of cotton candy hair!! Did any of these people even READ the books??

@angelandbuffyxxx Not only that, Murllough didn't appear until the thrid book, neither did Darren's love interest. Steve doesn't come back until...book 8 i think. As for Vincent, he never died. They met him in book 7.

They so could have done a way better job than they did. Granted i liked a few bits here and there, but like with the Avatar the last airbender movie they butchered a great book series.

I agree with u toffeedolphin, John C. Reilly blew me away with his performance as Mr. Crepsley, he was brilliant, Willem Dafoe, is a great actor, but would NOT be a good Crepsley, nor was he a very good Gavner Purl, altogether he really shouldn't have been in this movie, nothing against him of course, hes a great actor, he was great in Spiderman
