big enough to fly; just think about how a dragon (assuming its bones are hollow of course, but not all of a bird's flying aspects) 's wing would be compared to a bird in size; they'd be quite big. same with pheonix here, fire isn't gonna move air easily =P
the way you made the feathers and actions needs more work but i you forget that its pretty good happy creating! XD
