24khz is German submarine command radio station DHO38.
It's used to transmit coded orders to German and NATO submarines.
Google "DHO38".

id love to see your circuit for this, i want to be able to fill the gap in my reception i have pc for 1hz to 48khz then scanner for 100khz to 1199Mhz i just want to be able to receive the time code signal , to hear it lol =]
