I saw a total eclipse in 1991, and from watching this video and others on YouTube, I can say that people all over the world scream and yell and exclaim and clap when they see a total eclipse.

this one was one minute and 50 seconds as seen from gansu. this eclipse had a maximum duration of 2 minutes and 27 seconds from the point of greatest eclipse near siberia. the longest possible total solar eclipse is 7 minutes 31 seconds. They can last anywhere from 1 second to 7 minutes depending on the eclipse. Many are between 2 minutes and 6 minutes with the average being around 3.

This was really nicely videotaped. Just wished it stayed in one place like I did in 1999 in Hungary. Also it seemed like the author was using automatic settings instead of manual. But it showed the darkening and the corona with the blacksun in the middle looked good.
