You just don't get. Soilwork has paved the way for melodic deathmetal, and these days, the modern metalbands. They're one of the best that MADE the machines to cut the damn cookies :) I don't find this album sounding generic at all by the way. Soilwork's one of the biggest modern metal bands for a reason!

Its been YEARS since I've heard this album, still great. The drumming isn't as fast as some other albums they did, but they are very complex and poetic sounding. Many bands try to copy or replicate the magic SW had during this era of metal, but none have even came close.

If there's one thing I'll never thank my brother enough for, it's that he introduced me to this band when Stabbing the Drama had just come out in 2005. I love pretty much every album except for their really early stuff. I love the chorus in this song, it just has such an awesome flow to it.
