The song is "The Legend of Ashitaka Theme (End Credit)" from the soundtrack to Princess Mononoke. Joe Hisaishi is the composer. I'm sure you could order the soundtrack off any large online store.
I wasn't sure how the ending would turn out considering the length of the song but adding in that part really worked. This was better than the original, which I found myself watching alot.
I promise I'm going to get to it as soon as I can. I'm playing through Ocarina of Time for what seems like the hundredth time, currently. When I finish, I'll play through Majora's Mask and get the proper footage.
