I doubt it's even remotely cold enough for frostbite.

@ShoppinQueen1 no, he plays like this for about 10 minutes, no time to get frostbite, he likes it, and he doesn't go out when it's very cold anyways.

Afterwards he goes inside and sleeps in warm bed or on top of the wallunit on a soft cat planket.

My cat Bodhi hates the snow, your cat seems not to mind to much. Also seems to like to play regardless of the snow.
