This is what Aphex Twin himself actually had to say: "Come to Daddy came about while I was just hanging around my house, getting pissed and doing this crappy death metal jingle. Then it got marketed and a video was made, and this little idea that I had, which was a joke, turned into something huge. It wasn't right at all."

Sweet, I thought I was the only one that didn't like the vocals. While the instrumental sounds cool with all the crazy time signature delays.

Aphex Twin is really good, but I don't like the vocals on "Come to Daddy". Nor do I like the music videos for both "Come to Daddy" and "Windowlicker". Interesting enough, that's how most people know Aphex Twin, but they're just way too creepy/messed up for me.

I actually like the song more wiuthout the lyrics. There are just some DnB songs out there that would sound better without the words.
