  • @tweetwee727 You are welcome. My ad lib of calling it "rotting" wasn't particularly necessary. (Though it is true, isn't it? It's fermented after all.). Hopefully the food articles and photos on our website, Uncornered Market, communicate that it's our intent to share and encourage the exploration of world cultures and cuisine in a respectful way. That goes for food and culture in Thailand, and the rest of the world.
