  • I am still recovering from heart surgery and try to use this machine everyday. I don't go mad on it, just take my time and I find it so so good. Every home should have one. Thanks for the tips Gabby

  • Gabby I noticed your using a machine I rarely use... Just curious best way to find music good for the elliptical. Currently I look for music based on BPM for running, is that the same??

  • @decafcoffee73 , I do 30min workouts on the eliptical and I need something that is high energy. I listen to Metallica. You could also try some Techno. Good luck!

  • hey hey! Have you tried intellectus 424 diet (do a google search)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my work buddy lost tons of weight with it.

  • What you are describing is NOT intervals. Intervals are SHORT bouts of high intensity followed by periods of low intensity. Sprinting for 30 minutes is about 29 minutes too long. Try springing for 1 minute, then lowering the speed and jogging or walking for 2-3 minutes, and repeat this process for 15 or 20 minutes tops.

  • @Rudee66 Dude, watch it again. When she says she sprints for 30 minutes, she meant on and off. Right before that, she says to sprint for 15-30 seconds out of each minute.

  • Whenever I try to use this machine I always get blisters on my toes.
