ok just find it manually in your computer system and right click and press open.the process of opening takes several minutes.once the downloading as in real downloading begins just follow its step by step instructions.hope this helps.(p.s. if you get it to work just pm me on you tube when your on and ill give you a starting out battle if you need it)

Yeah you can get them from fighting - I evolved 2 nanovor for free, then fought a few more battles and had a number of new upgrade cans (nothing upgradable by them, though). However, I fought dozens and dozens of battles since then (from 200 to 500+ rating), and have gotten nothing new, so I'm still stuck with those same 10 or so cans that don't do anything for me =( I think there must be a hidden max cap on how many you get (or at least can have at one time) from battling.
