If I had the money I would artificially build all stars constellations. These little pricks have so much money they're running out of ideas of what to do with it. I see no originality or creativity on that.
Wealth is distributed the same way as Power. The sum of all parts has to equal 100. Now if some pricks have 80 only 20 are left for the rest.
Check the Atlantis firework display a few years back where they burnt over 1.5 billion. I wonder how much they'll have in the hereafter.
the philippines has 7,107 natural islands with natural forests, bodies of water and earth foundation... why spend money with man made? you'll never know... remember the titanic? it was awesome... and where is it now? ;-P
