1. Wire cages are bad for their feet; 2. Hay and water are necessarily at all times 3. Guinea pigs need much more space than has been allotted to them in this video.

That said, it would be better to cover the bottom of their cage with hay and grass. It's not necessarily that they be treated like pets, part of the family, but they will be unhealthy if they're kept this way.

By the looks of it hes giving them some mixture with corn in it, some king of mix for chickens i would say, i dont know.

As i live in poor shity country as he does i would like to know whats the cheapest way to feed them.

"Feeding them" is different from providing for their nutrition properly and keeping them healthy. It isn't cheap, so if you can't afford it, give them to someone who can. Please. O.o
