I must say I had thoughts of the Manson family chopping and slashing poor Sharon Tate to death while watching the mannequins getting abused in this sequence. That real-life murder spree happened the year after this.
Haven't seen it in over 20 years.Lame Bond ripoff. About the only thing I remember of it, is in the last 10 minutes,the wind from a helicopter blows Judy Geeson's skirt up,showing her white briefs for a good 3 seconds or so.
If this film was rereleased on the film festival circuit I think it would be a sleeper hit.(i.e it would reasonably fast garner respect,interest and a prpbable cult followong.)I saw a 'similar' happening-though it was more anarchic performance art I guess in czechoslovakia in 1990.There were all these sculptures on plinths arrayed about a big room,then suddenly people attacked the sculptures with hammers and bats and smashed them all to pieces in a matter of seconds ...
