I listened to Heartbreaker on CD so much after it came out that the sound quality on the CD actually deteriorated. It's good to see him in such good health and enjoying life. Hopefully Glyn Johns does a good job producing the new stuff. The last few producers sucked the soul out of his tunes. Emmylou could sing the phone book and make it sound good.

Emmy sings this song with Ryan on his Heartbreaker record (2000 release). I can't imagine that she has memorized every song she ever harmonized on, so the prompt sheet is understandable, especially since this is an impromptu performance. I love that she's willing to break down the fourth wall and do it anyway without having to be in perfect polished rehearsed form.
