  • i tried this today and omg killed me. you are a beast tuan!

  • that's working your humm.. lats & core right? & Great job gotta bow down to ya for remaining natural man!

  • That was freakin' awesome Tuan. Mad respect.

  • that guy matt sounds like a great training partner

  • i did this Tri-set today after my leg workout and i did 30 ice skater, 27 squat jumps, and 30 hyperextensions. THIS IS NO JOKE!!!! had me feeling sick!

  • That was at the end of your leg workout..' WOW ' How long does it take your legs to recover from a workout like that? Are you able to do cardio the next day?

  • @ddgym65 did some today but just real light, about 5 mins on the jump rope and about 15 mins on the per core. not like I went out and jogged a 5k or anything, just recovery cardio

  • thats epic u the man tuan!

  • Hey,

have you ever tried H.I.T. (High Intensity Training)? I've started it last week, because I was experiencing lack of improvements and Ive read, that it's better than the average 3-4 set workouts. It sure is pretty intense :p

  • @flippinman2008 and I add, it's not obvious because you have no proof to back it up like Tuan obviouslyyyy does. He obviously values more of everything than you do.

  • whoa no rest! tuan u r a MONSTER!... i wud collapse if i do it like u did in this vid...

  • Excellent work man. One question: What is the point of conditioning?

  • great job man, your an inspiration me and my friends.

  • amazing video you are a great inspiration for me when i go to the gym thanks for that i appreciate it

  • nice tuan! that must be hard cuz after a leg workout I can barely go down stairs!

  • Man i wish you were my Personal Trainer

  • you ever tried tabata training with prowler sled??

  • Tuan..You're the man. Sometimes i'll watch your videos before i workout because you are so motivational. Keep it up!!!!

  • your workouts are always inspirational..keep up the good work man

  • Wow Tuan! Love your vids and your body (not in a dirty way..) Hope my body will be like yours one day! xD Keep up the good work! Chao bro!

  • @flippinman2008 it's conditioning, not cardio. there is a definite difference.

  • Is this gym near HK4 in Houston

  • @flippinman2008 the only thing of any value is just to block you from my channel and free up more time for me to help others instead of dealing with ignorant youtubers like yourself.

  • you look better with your hat off.

you should keep it off in your vids, especially when inside

  • @joehillion I agreed. Your hair looks so fantastic Tuan. I love the way it looks in that soft light. Great video as well as always. REAL display of top conditioning.

  • @flippinman2008 It was the END of a leg workout. Do you have any idea how hard it is to do cardio after doing an intense hypertrophic leg workout? Apparently not. Anyone would find this kind of cardio easy when they do it at the START of a workout.

  • lol damn "cant talk cant talk" that must have really drained u out lol nice tuan

  • @SmexyPC video typing this really did helpedme push out a few more reps, but that cost me the ability to speak after the set. Just trying to take it up another level to get those legs where they need to be for my main show this year. Takes for the support

  • @flippinman2008 instead of sitting behind your computer criticizing people, maybe you should get your fat fucking ass off the couch and do something with your life.

  • @flippinman2008 And unless you can match me rep for rep, lbs for lbs and finish this workout in the same time, do not try to call me out. Last, I am sure you are capablie of videoing yourself, why dont you try pulling off this tri set and see what it takes and I will even let you do it fresh without having to doing all the other work like I did for this was my "LAST SET' of 25 sets on legs that I finish with my partner Matt in about 1 hour, 15 to 20 mins

  • @roughneckasian Wow Tuan.. I like you, your stuff, theory and all.. But you have gotten offensive from all the haters. Chill out dude, he was just making a statement from his opinion. Ofc you can disguss whether it was wrong, but no need to be so offensive.. All that said, i love your vids man!

  • @Workhard1994 out of the hundreds of emails and comments I get, less than 10% of my replies are towards the haters. The problem is that all the neg comments are public vs the private emails. So, think about it, I may reply to 90 emails and only 5 neg. comments, but if 88 of those 90 emails are private, you will never see them. But if all 5 neg comments are public, you will see all 5. I do alot more to help. Last, sometimes u got to put the haters on the spot to show how uneducated they look

  • @roughneckasian You got a point. i was just getting worried :D haha, in case you ever get doubful, dont be, people love your vids.. keep making them!

  • @flippinman2008 so you can do better? Here was the workout before "THIS LAST SET".

Tri Sef: Ice Skater Hopes, Squat jumps with sec pause at bottom, hyperextensions

25 to 30 reps all for 3 sets.
