I think it's ironic about the first time they use their powers, whether accidental/subconsciously/what­ever:

Piper: Personal gain to get the job

Prue: Personal gain for revenge against ex

Phoebe: To save people from getting hurt.

If you are talking about Prue and the tie, she didn't know she had powers when she motioned like she wanted to strangle Roger. It just happened because of her telekinesis.

when prue was adding the cream to her coffee wasn't that more like teleporting instead of telekinesis? and she wasn't able to channel her powers through her hands until later on but she did with roger

well teleporting would be moving an object or yourself from one place to another instantly. telekinesis is just moving an object directly. theres a hybrid version of if called telekinetic orbing which paige uses. i guess they intended for prue to have teleporting powers later on in the series maybe.

Well, they did kinda of give Prue the ability to teleport when she got Astral Projection.

Actually Prue did develop a form of teleportation with her body called Astral Projection.

Teleporting is the ability to move from one place to another at greater distances, such as one place to another different place. Telekinesis is the ability to move objects within your immediate vicinity, such as moving a pencil across a table.

Yeah your probably right Witchy; cuz if paige could orb objects from one place to another then prue might've been able to as well just without the orbs. maybe she just never tried it?

Maybe she has but they never show it? I think the closest Prue has ever gotten to doing anything like that was when she used her powers in one of the earlier episodes to move the duster to clean the attic. Other times, she throws demons and warlocks or sends their fireballs ( in one case, bullets) flying back. I'd love to have either power. Imagine all that you can do with those powers...those powers and orbing and freezing...so cool, LOL.

Her first time using her powers wasnt comic like Piper's and Prue's and wasnt help like Phoebe saving those kids. it just was.

Paige had the most awesome powers, but got shafted on plots and love lifes and pretty much everything else.

If your talking about powers Paige didn't get screwed over she was blessed she can Orb which is one of the most useful powers ever Phoebe got screwed powers wise all she had to start with were premonitions But if your talking about Paige never knowing she had sisters and being abounded at birth yeah that does suck but she does drone on it.

Wow as the show got further into seasons, It really changed. the longer the show aired the more it got about sexual appeal and comedy rather than the original Wicca theory.
