i don't know the song, i wanted to know it but my comment was written crappy... (english isn't my main language)

and for the mods in oblivion.. there are two possibilities.

1. is the manual install: you download a mod from tes nexus or some site, open it with winRAR or 7Zip

and put it in your Oblivion Data folder (C:/Users/Username/....../obli­vion/data)

activate the .esp file in the oblvion launcher

2. is to use the Oblivion mod manager...

if the file already is an .OMOD file you only have to put it in the mod folder of the mod manager

if not you have to create an omod by yourself

search for it on youtube if you don't know how to do this

Tesnexus are a site that host them, they don't make them. Give me some more info, like the mods that work, the mods that don't and the specific problems with each of them, plus how you're installing them, as well as whether you have any official DLC or expansions, and what patch you have. I'll help you get 'em working once I have the info.

lol yeah definitely the cheap kind. I don't know the CS way either (in fact I try to avoid using the CS as much as possible, but again, I emphasize my laziness. heh). From what I hear, lipsynching in the CS is very much a pain in the ass, whereas the cheap way works ALMOST as well... other than the fact that you occasionally get twitching clouds in the background if you're not careful. (kinda like the clock in the background when Homer's saying "swee..Swee-sweet candy")

There's no easy way to become an NPC.

Oblivion Face Exchange Lite lets you "put on the face" of another NPC in Oblivion.

Theres also a mod called "CompanionShareRecruit" recommended by LordofCorruption for those NPCs you are able to use persuade on. You can even go into their inventories and change their equipment.
