1) He really sucked, and a proper, TRUE homage character is supposed to be good. Fei Long has always been lethal; Dragon wasn't.

2) He was way too big; how muscular was Dragon? He was Bruce Lee with Bolo Yeung's muscles dude; therefore...

not a true homage character. Sorry but Fei Long's the first; he was skinny enough, fast enough and yes as a playable character, lethal enough, he never sucked. Ever; he's always been fast as hell and loaded with combos.
