This looks like an intersection where people regularly run the red light. Maybe the lights have only just been installed. The guy in the pickup was about to run it and stops. The truck looks like he was going to run the light and stops in time as well but the car that gets hit keeps on motoring through the red until he hits the Bradley. The driver probably radioed in the accident and a troupe leader would have told him to drive out the way and deal with this shortly.
Also look where the cars is located he is not at the proper line he was trying to go around when the thank is crossing he is more than stupid and he deserve this for not yield the tank!!!!

My guess is the convoy was sitting there waiting in traffic for a moment, which is way to long for a convoy in Iraq. They could've been easily ambushed, or had an IED go off, or suicide bomber. @shevegen as i was saying, there is no way to know what was going on but judging by how things went down im willing to bet that there were soliders under fire and they were the closest armor unit to them. in that situation they would have to move as fast as they could and they most likely called in a medic team behind them to make sure the people were ok. there is a lot to this video that we cant see and have to make assumtions on and of course most people just assume the worst. im an optomist.

They can be courtmartialed for it. Its too dangerous for them. the potential for losing a 80 million dollar tank is too great. But I can see how it looks like the tank operator doesn't care. My guess is the convoy was sitting there waiting in traffic for a moment, which is way to long for a convoy in Iraq. They could've been easily ambushed, or had an IED go off, or suicide bomber. YIELD to a convoy, or get pushed out of the way, because if they stop they are more vulnerable to attacks. You people who don't understand, and think they just did it for laughs are complete idiots.
