You said we wont be able to buy alcohol or tobacco without these I.D. chip things, that means it will stop kids from using fake I.D.s to get alcohol and tobacco. You also said when they scan it all your records will pop up, well that would be good thing. They actually don't even have to scan the card, it transmits information via Radio Frequency (RF) so they could track you down, or as far as I know turn off your Card to deny you access to everything you need to survive..
