Only time I'm convinced a heel hook will be finished is when the opponent isn't standing and you have their legs laced so they can't roll. He did show good sportsmanship though and it is just practice, I wish I could train there I loved this vid

it's gotta be tough to deal with blowing the (by far) biggest fight of his career the way he did vs fedor. and then getting knocked out in 22 seconds by the barely known brett rogers right after giving the #1 HW in the world a good fight.

i was at the AA/rogers fight in person, that shit sucked.
