This documentary is hugely bias towards the Greek Cypriots. The reason why Cyprus is divided is only explained here in 15:45. Greek Cypriots were attacking and killing Turkish Cypriots because they wanted to have the island to themselves. This is why Turkey intervened and came to Cyprus to help the Turkish Cypriots. This is what Greek propaganda describes as the 'Turkish Invasion'. This documentary is very misleading. North Cyprus is not how you see it in this video.

This documentary is hugely bias towards the Greek Cypriots. The reason why Cyprus is divided is only explained here in 15:45. Greek Cypriots were attacking and killing Turkish Cypriots because they wanted to have the island to themselves. This is why Turkey intervened and came to Cyprus to help the Turkish Cypriots. This is what Greek propaganda describes as the 'Turkish Invasion'. This documentary is very misleading. North Cyprus is not how you see it in this video.

The Turkish mosk in the middle of Larnaca still stands, undisturbed, and in the same condition it was when it was first built (which would never have been built if the Greek Cypriots were as intolerable as some here say they are). YET, many if not ALL of the Christian churches in the Turkish occupied area have been destroyed, vandalized, and turned into munitions storage or livestock stables!!!
