This song was for the 911 ceremony and was never for sale. It was, however free for anyone who called in and requested it. That is how I got the CD of the song. I have never seen it anywhere else since until here on youtube. Thanks for posting.

umm I believe by the tones in his verse he would be around 13/14 so around 2001 2002, you can hear that his voice is changing. This is defenatly beautiful! Just brilliant !

If I remember correctly, it was a recording produced by the American Bible Society or some similar group to be given to the children who lost family members in the 9/11 attack on the World Trade Center. Originally Billy was supposed to sing a few measures at the start of the song; but after hearing him sing, they quickly rearranged the music to give him a much longer part.

It's a great song, but it's not with Charlotte Church. Billy sings the first verse and a few lines in between, but the mature male voice is David Pack and the female voice is Rebecca St James.
