It honestly amazes me how fast we get separated from God... It's unbelievable how entwined we can get of the things in this world and forget about God. @y0play3rz The only things iffy about using this song for a "wedding song" is because this song has nothing to do with humanly / marriages. Instead, it is talking about the relationship between Christ and his Bride (The Church). Not saying that you didn't personally know this. 2 Corinthians 11:2.

Have you heard the manwith the dream about the foot prints? he had a dream one night and scenes of his life flashed before him. He noticed during his dark times he only saw one set of footprints in the sand. He questioned God and asked why he left him God said my child. during those times of trial and hurt it was then that i was carrying you.. Dont give up.

Now i notice things i have never noticed before and i feel love for people i never have thought i would. God is transforming my life brother! but my family still seems to be shutting the door on God. Dude I'm stoked for you! You can have peace that your family is on the road to meeting our Savior. I too "shut the door" on Christ, but He is even greater than that! He just walks right through them like He did with His disciples. Have hope...trust Him. It may take time and be painful, but know He loves your family like He loves you and me. He sees what you're going through and its so awsome to hear you are still leaning on him in your time of hurt.. All i can say is that my prayers out to you and that He loves you so much.. @thejoshin8r1 I know how you feel. im brought up in a non christian home myself. it gets hard i know.. Have you heard the manwith the dream about the foot prints? he had a dream one night and scenes of his life flashed before him. He noticed during his dark times he only saw one set of footprints in the sand. He questioned God and asked why he left him God said my child. during those times of trial and hurt it was then that i was carrying you.. Dont give up.

@suzyque171 wow lol you wrote ralot! but it just makes me feel imprortant. thanks :). the problem though is i cant go to my pastor because my church is corrupted, but my youth pastor is awesome. the other problem is that i attend a church that i dont understand, its in a different language. because of this i lack the word of god spoken to me.... i feel like my soul is dieing of thirst for God and its not getting any of him.... :(

I am 21 years old and am going to spend the rest of my life proclaiming the good news of the Gospel and the love our Savior to everyone I meet. He has not forgotten about you or your family. He has you in the palm of His hand. Have courage and fight the good fight.

@rydawg007 thanks brother. God has been working in my life as well. My eyes seemed to have been opened to see the truth. Now i notice things i have never noticed before and i feel love for people i never have thought i would. God is transforming my life brother! but my family still seems to be shutting the door on God. I hope God will use me to change this in my family. I really love my family and i want them to experience God's love. I mean, just one day in God's presence can change your life.

When i learned to read, i discoverd that there were far more stories in the bible than only jesus' birth and death. at high school, i met a friend who took me to church one day, and i never left. It just feels great and sometimes I really feel his presence, but it probably sounds weard to someone who doesn't believe in him, but i hope you understand...
