To me it descripes in the most perfect way the link Christine and the Phantom has.

Such passion, such drama, such hate and fear - perfect!

The only disadvantage of this song is that it doesn't have an end - the Phantom killed her? Yes? No? Killed only himself?

That is the only bad thing about this song, beside that it's PERFECT!

First... Emo is by far the wrong word to use for this... Second, the lyrics are only evil if you take them at their face value. The reason metal is such an amazing genre is because of the symbolism and the poetic imagery. Read over the lyrics and try to get a tune for what they're TRYING to say, not the specific words.

i love this song! Phantom of the Opera is my fave movie, and this does sooo much justice to the thoughts and feelingof the characters. and how it puts the whole plot into one song is awesome. this is a really melodic song for heavy/opera metal, but the vocals are excellant. <3
