if you watch, you catch on your toes which is a product of this. you need to stay on your heels as that is where you are most stable and generate the most power, driving your elbows up and catching in a deep rack will help keep you back on your heels and stable
starting position looks ok although you do start the motion with a hip raise. think of it like a DL where your chest and hips should rise at the same time. This is perhaps more crucial when snatching but as a general rule keep your chest up the whole time. a key thing that i would hit on is your elbows. it is absolutely imperative you drive your elbows up fast so that you catch in a good rack position. if you catch with your arms perpendicular to the ground it pulls you forward
Try pointing your elbows down a little more when attempting the jerk and see if that helps.
