You can achieve 18 in the city with the camaro/firebirds/ t/a's.
My mom used to have a 01 T/A which had the same LS1 as the 99 Z28 (car in the vid) and the lowest we ever got was 16 mpg and that was in downtown Myrtle Beach ,SC in traffic that never gets about 25 mph and starts and stops at every block. The best we ever got was 28 mpg on the way TO myrtle beach lol...It's about 3 hours of highway driving between where we live and there.

i have a 94 LT1 and i can get about 25 hwy and 18 in town yea. maaaaybe 19 grandma'ing it.
