@langlebl Yeah, it was hard to see just when the reds went on because Dad walked right in between the camera and the front of the bus. But the ambers were still flashing at :16 when the maroon car went by. Could the maroon car have stopped, seeing the ambers were on with Dad and daughter approaching the bus? DEFINITELY!! Did the car run the red lights? Not as far as I can see. In this case, all the driver can be blamed for is for being an inconsiderate jerk.
Lights were still amber, dude.

yeah yellows just mean get ready to stop, think of a traffic light, yellow doesn't mean stop

In Va you have to stop only on red. The yellow lights which are called Amber light on a school bus are to warn cars they are coming to a stop.
