I fucking hated laura. As hot as she is, she was weak and quiet all the way through until all of the big personalities went. then went they went all she did was moan and blame other people. She well and truly punched above her weight and overstayed her welcome but I'm glad Sugar realised in the end about her 'blame culture' attitude and fired the bitch!

If Paloma has 10 years of experience in business why wasn't she the PM ? It's clear that she isn't playing to win, she's playing not to lose (big difference). Then again, that's everyone's tactic because if they put all of their effort into their tasks the others will see it as a chance to relax and not do anything; if they win they won't be fired, if they lose they can just blame their PMs: Adam from season 3 and Simon from season 4 were excellent PMs but their teammates back-stabbed them.

@Fantezism i think.. nobody can relax, there are a lots of ears and eyes and whether you win or lose they (teamates) would judge you through your performance from each task. and i agree they can easily blame PM because PM has more responsibility definitely.

also, shibby should have had a leader at the bakery so that when the hotel order came thru, it would be on the leader-on-site's responsibility to fulfill that order. he should have confirmed that order at the time of negotiating it at the hotel. same w/ the 2nd business conf.. also, he should've had only 2 ppl doing sales, since manpower at the bakery was crucial.

Paloma is a hardcore survivor, but she dodged a bullet. She was totally responsible for heaping on sales and even when she said in the van that it was going to be a problem after the first hotel order, she still tried to heap more orders in. She wasn't thinking about the logistics. Shibby didn't handle it well, but I think Paloma honestly thinks she didn't do anything wrong and that attitude shows she doesn't learn, she just moves. Amazingly super gorgeous though!

@toussaintmgmt Sure, but as a PM you cant do everything. You have to rely on your employes, and here Sandeesh was being difficult from the get go. Instead of trying to make it work, she was complaining "this is impossible" I hate complainers, dont complain, do something about it!

Furthermore, this team had had one member less than the other team(6 vs 7) but still sold alot. Well except for Sandeesh who sold 62£ compared to Paloma 146£ and Liz 203£. Conclusion: Sandeesh should have been fired...
