i am 13 and i have has many encounters with UFO's and one incident of minor telepathy.

the telepathy was me and my friends were in the playground 2 years ago and the sound of everything faded out an i could hear i high pitched whine and a repetitive tapping as my eyes were dragged into the sky where i was looking at a hovering metallic disk above the school.

That law is pointless isn't is? ...I mean how can they enforce a law that 99% of the population is unaware of? ...lol....And how will they explain to the public 'why' the law is needed? If they tried to charge someone with breaking the law they would just go public and I'm sure the government wouldn't want that because of course they would have some explaining to do....I mean wtf?

As far as the extraterrestrial law...i didn't know that even existed! This is the first of me hearing it. Where can i find that at? I'm shocked at that. There has got to be a real significant reason why that law was put into place. ppl have different types of experiences with aliens. be it physical,or thru lucid dreams. a person can come out of it feeling different, seeing things differently. fear is still there, excitment and curiousity is there as well.open minds, open doors.

I watched the Breaching Area 51 vid. Clearly the 2 women were digging for info on why the guys were there (assuming the whole video wasn't set up).

Soundtracks for dramatic effect make a part of my brain cry "hoax," but if it were true and it seemed to be, they simply sped off to warn authorities inside the gate. The Van was there to watch the 2 women.

As soon as the guys taking video acknowledged they knew that was Area 51, that's when the 2 went into the car, the main woman being annoyed...

2) I also just looked up that federal law. Sounds wild at first but could simply be in effect for NASA employees. I can't help but cautiously consider if these little things are throw offs to the immediate problems we face such as the Swine Flu false flag and the almost implemented mandatory vaccinations which cause more harm than good, and that's just going by the stories of people I know, which I told you yesterday is my first trusted source.
