But she is right ^^ Kasumi is a traitor according to the shinobi codex (even if she left for a honorable reason). Sure, it's annoying, but she is only doing her job. Her DOA3 ending in DOAD (the movie after the Genra bossfight) is still very sad. Ayane has always seen Genra as her "real" father figure (Raidou is her biological father) and now she only has Hayate and her mother. Getting betrayed by a person you respect and love as your father, hurts. But she remains strong, as always.

heh, dont be so rude on Ayane :D I guess Team Ninja just wanted to show the actually relationship between Ayane and Kasumi. All the people in the village, except for Hayate, treated Ayane as pariah because of her birth. Kasumi the princess and Ayane the poor girl. To be honest, Team Ninja overused that broken record stuff a bit. But that scene with her mother shows that she actually is a very cute and kindheart person behind her strong and cheeky appearance. My fav char. Love her since DOA1.
