@UpInSmokeeee It dosen't work very well on all the browsers - You can use Firefox and I think IE - not sure if it works in Safari for Windows (if not, its only Mac).

@Humanoidism works very well on all browsers maybe you just need a updated and a pbsetup  patch .

I use chrome and sometimes when bored as hell i play css and then shift and tab and quakelive through the steam client :)

Also i would recommend using chrome as the memory useage may be higher with the tabs layout by no stuttering in game :)

@khbikhib YEAH, I think it takes time to get used to QUAKE LIVE, but it seems almost too easy for other players to frag me, don't know what i'm doing wrong really, they are also hard to kill, I shoot them often sometimes way more than they shoot me but they still live.. And I know i'm hitting them because it's making the freaking noise! And people keep complaining i'm a noob on it, so what, yeah i'm a noob, but I swear i'm losing patience with the thing, the training is shit too.

Quake live requires an install, it's not really a cloud game if you have to download and install a plug in, along with downloading > 100MB worth of stuff for the game to work, and it's downloaded to the computer, not to RAM.

Yes, the maps, textures and sounds. But quake does not install an executable file! Only a pack.
