  • i hate rt retarded news but this story is sooo true i live in usa

  • fuk usa hc if im sick ill go to south korea singapore or jpan those country rank higer in hc dr here will rob u 4 exmple a dr charge 500$ for a ct scan then force u to visit his office tell u the result makeu pay to tellthe result 200$ that tip of the iceberg dr dont give a damn alltheycare is making money

  • *insert inevitable debating comment*

  • If in using a UHC you find your own contribution to paying for it falls (and unless you are very rich it almost certainly would) then would you not say if you are getting 100% medical cover 100%of the time for you and your family without fear of going bankrupt that a UHC system is better value than paying high premiums to a private insurance company that gives you cost limited insurance?

  • america watch this:

    watch?v=NcQv9DuHFFM&feature=related

  • Affordable healthcare is not a myth.

  • Last time I saw my doctor he poured a liter of gasoline on me - backed away - then he held out a Bic lighter and said, "Pay me now or I will light you up".

  • there is nothing wrong with the system, it's a problem with the people running the system. if they weren't so damn greedy, the american healthcare system would work very well.

  • @tc413141 If the "system" allows people running the "system" to be greedy and get away with it then there is something wrong with system. The U.S system would still not work well even if yo could curtail "greedy people".The US system depends on ability to pay not the idea that healthcare is a right for ALL citizens. In the US healthcare is for most people not a right but a privilege to be accessed only if you can pay. Answer bring in UHC and curb the power of your insurance companies

  • @davijeph the thing is, most people that say they cant afford it, still manage to pay their cable bill and their internet bill. they still buy their xbox and ps3 games. if people were more responsible and saved their money, or made better choices, they could afford it. there are a few that just cant do it, but most can't because of decisions they have made. i should not have to pay because you made a poor decision. i shouldnt be forced to help cuz somebody else made poor choices.

  • @tc413141The fact that people make poor choices should be no bar them from medical help. Does a smoker die in agony with lung cancer just because he made a poor choice? The answer is simple raise revenue on things that cause them to get sick smokes, alcohol even sugar and fats to deter their use by cost and use the money raised to help pay for the cost of running the UHC. The fact is the US system costs at least 50% more to run than those Nations with UHC but is rated 37th in healthcare.

  • @tc413141 Sometimes it isn't a choice. Do you realize that with half of your healthcare spendings, you could give everybody healthcare in a European system. Could it become even cheaper? I know you've been told differently, but your healthcare system doesn't necessarily provide more quality since all what counts is profit and only unhealthy people can become customer.

  • The states has written their end. All you right wing fucks saying you can't protect yourselves without dumping a trillion a year into new ways to coat bullets with depleted uranium and build rc airplanes that drop bombs on white dots hostile/not and kill sand niggers, while all the meanwhile you could easily have universal health care for your own country, the countries north and south of you, and send food aid to Africa for a tenth of what you spend on your third world genocide missions.

  • @J1zzardOfOz I do not unstand Americans you give millions to help african children have a better life but when your own people are ill & in pain you tell them to get insurance. The teaparty claim to be christians yet oppose the healthcare bill, did Jesus ask for insurance when he cured the lame? Healthcare is a human right for everyne not just for the rich. In the 50s we were still broke after the war but we created the NHS to get people fit for work to rebuild our country.

  • @J1zzardOfOz If you can afford to send people to fight for the country then you can find money to treat the people of your country

    TONY BENN British MP

The NHS is not perfect but we love it and stand by it, we have real hospitals do not believe everything FOX news or Glen Beck tells you.

America start to look after your people or else your people will not defend you.

  • I dont understand Americans opposition to universal healthcare. The government mandates that if you drive a car, you are required by law to purchase auto insurence. So why not health insurence? Surely a persons health is more important than their car..

  • The US doesn't have health care: it has for-profit sick care. Healthy people don't deliver profits.

The US spends 1/2 of the world's defense spending. War delivers profits.

Put it all together, folks. You have thousands of different ice creams and shoes to pick from. With health care, war and energy, you have no choice. It's not the "NWO," and it's not a shadowy conspiracy. It's all in the open: profits.

  • We have the most expensive healthcare system because we are the least healthy country on the planet--its amazing how quickly this fact escapes the ideologues, when the cost of any insurance scheme are directly proportional to pool risk. Yet 75% of Americans are obese or overweight--do we see a trend yet???

  • REPEAL OBAMACARE! NO nanny state

  • 123healthcare123.blogspot.com/

  • The system is broken...

  • See "Health Care With Little Petey Cronkite and Georgie Will"

  • As soon as doctors realize they are not GOD, and quit working for the pharmaceutical companys, re-learn how to actually "doctor" people without relying purely on DRUGS and price their services more in line with what they actually do, then maybe I'll put my faith back into the medical industry. Until then, holistic healing will work better for me than drug company lackeys( doctors).

  • All Obamacare did was increase the profits for the healthcare insurance companies. If Obamacare was wht it should be the insurance companies would have fought it every step. We need a healthcare system but not run by a healthcare insurance company that works only for profits. Obama has sold out again.

  • @daviieth My mother suffers from multiple sclerosis with complications which requires on going treatment & medical supervision & without the UK NHS I don't know what she would do - the service she gets is fantastic! I do not begrudge one single penny of my taxes and NICs deducted from my monthly salary. I broke my collar bone playing rugby & received excellent treatment, my only dealing with the NHS so far. Britons/Europeans have NO reason to fear becoming ill or bring injured in an accident.

  • @Verderer : Ah, it really gladdens me to hear such a sensible and rational comment. And I am NOT being ironic or sarcastic, but dead serious. When you listen to these ridiculous people who still believe the US is the greates country in the world. when in fact they are lagging behind badly in almost EVERYTHING, from education over infrastructure to maybe the most important thing: health care. Just silly blathering by badly informed people.

  • The people of the UK and most Western European countries have a better standard of overall health than do the Americans, and they also have a higher life expectancy and lower infant mortality and an overall quality of life than does the USA. Britons and other Europeans are granted more holiday (vacation) time away from work, and more statutory holidays than than Americans, so all in all life is less stressful over here than it is in the USA, which is so backward in many ways.

  • @Verderer I live in the former "Eastern Block" I get better healthcare and treatment than the US... and free.

  • @Verderer uhhh the reason is that UK and Europe had good health care because you live off the "backs of our defense budget". Yes it's true we still have military bases in all over Europe which is why the many Europeans justified lower military spending. That's why Europe flourished because of it as we "protect" Europe.

If the U.S. military bases were to pull out of all Europe, prepare to see your taxes go higher as you pay for your own defense instead of having our bases in Europe.

  • @Hperman09 wow! that was the most dumbest comment i've ever heard, well actually i have heard worse!

but yours is up there, there's only 2 us airforce bases in the uk, plus charles degaul kicked you out of france in the sixties. apart from that you have a few bases in gemany, not exactly good protection.

  • @MrXclio Actually, most of the U.S. bases were request with the consents of the European governments, nothing else. That's why we pulled up most of the work so you guys spend on your social safty net and it HAD been for 60 years. Hopefully i rather wish we pull out troops from Europe and let you guys handle on your own because we taxpayer had to suffer the burden of bases overseas.

  • @Hperman09 even with them a soviet attack would force nato to retaliate with tatical nukes.

  • @MrXclio NATO was formed in 1949 to defend against Soviet attack. Also nuke had to be approved through- the UN Security Council nowadays.

  • @Hperman09 We would not have to fight if it was not for the US starting all the wars yet are to scare to go in alone. Take your bases out of europe, but you will not because you like to be the world police and keep an eye on everyone. Israel says Fire the US say "where".

  • @TheWhiterose1603 Oh ya, I guess the Bosnian War would be for example. Where was the UK and Europe then?

And no, the U.S. bases was the at the request of foreign governments. If they want us to leave, they had to ask. The French government told us to get our bases out in the 1960s during the Cold War so we pack up and leave. Since the, no military bases in France.

After all, the U.S. bases also contributed to economic and stability in those countries. You had to ask your government that.

  • I would never live in the United States of America for various reasons but I suppose the issue of Healthcare in that country is the most significant one. I consider myself very fortunate to be a British citizen living in the UK, which automatically makes me a citizen of the European Union. Excellent Healthcare facilities in both the UK and the EU is universal and funded by taxation making it free at the point of issue. No Briton or European ever lives in fear of becoming ill as in the USA.

  • But the next time you walk past, you might notice that theres some ‘chinese’ or non english speaking tourist walking past buying expensive american perfume and taking it with them. That maybe a week later there will be a foreign choclate bar, and it will be very heavy. Sanity for a person of USA begins with realising that USA does not have a military. That the twin towers were millions of years old. Time barriers have been crossed. NEW compact cities must be built for reorganization. Arabia?

  • Breeding must be stopped as everyone prepares for a very very long time for Gods heaven on earth. The USA is the heart of both South and North America. Canadians probably arent really even supposed to be in Canada and will probably be moved out eventually. I love you USA, hang in there and just remember, those little foreign food shops bring the medicine. I can’t wait to go to USA when the chocolate bars are made from gold!

NEW compact cities must be built for reorganization. Arabia?

  • Healthcare should be based on clinical need not ability to pay.

  • The U.S insurance industry is ONLY interested in profits. They have ZERO regard for the common good. To know more, just Google 'Death Bonds' and read why corporate America vehemently opposes universal healthcare. Most Americans are unaware of how much they are being conned because vested interests slyly portray UHC as 'interference in basic freedoms' and 'intrusive government'. The public fall for this hook line and sinker. They have yet to wake up to the fact they are being screwed big-time.

  • children are dying in the usa just because the parents have not a good insurance. This is sick and the american people have to wake up and don't be affraid of your'e gouverment. In CUBA they have better health care and that is a poor country

  • BUT THIS IS HOW I SEE IT IN GUANTANAMO BAY THEY HAVE BETHER HEALTCARE THAN THE VICTIMS OF 9/11 AND THERE FAMILIES? AND THE BEST TO COME ITS FOR FREEEE HAHAHAAHAHAHAH LMFAO

HOW DUMB CAN A NATION BE

  • BUT THIS IS HOW I SEE IT IN GUANTANAMO BAY THEY HAVE BETHER HEALTCARE THAN THE VICTIMS OF 9/11 AND THERE FAMILIES? HAHAHAAHAHAHAH LMFAO

  • I have the answer to rising health care costs!! Get off your ass and get some exercise!! I guarantee that your medical bills will go down, your health will obviously get better.

Problem solved unless you are lazy, then laziness would be the problem. Not health care.

  • if its unaffordable to most americans how is it sustainable ?

  • Can an American answer this question?

Why doesn't the US government pay for everyone's health care who does not have insurance?

    What's the problem?

I'm Australian and my wife underwent a bilateral lung transplant 2 years ago.

We have a combined income of less than $50,000.

The government payed for pre-transplant care, surgery and post transplant care.

The entire cost - which would have been several million.

An its Australia - a far less wealthy country than America.

    WHAT'S THE PROBLEM?

  • @Hammersley1967 I'll tell you the problem. I live in the United States I have health care insurance through welfare. I'm trying to find a periodonstist, someone who specializes in adding gum to teeth and my health insurance only lets me see doctors that take HMO's. Now how inconvienent is that? I hate how its rationed out. I don't like the way health care in my country is right now. I believe the insurance companies should be allowed to make a profit but not gouge ppl. I hate Obama's plan too.

  • @Gasparro18

    What's a HMO?

The middle man (insurance companies maximising profits) needs to be eliminated for those under $100,000 annual income...

The health of the American people needs to come first...

    Profit is a secondary consideration...

Sure, doctors need to make a living, but why are these parasitic insurance companies allowed to leach off the health care system?

Call it socialism if they want to, but making a profit out of human ill-health is immoral...

  • @Hammersley1967 It is strange that the people who seem to complain the most about having some form of US based UHC system seem to be the very people who would benefit from it most. The average or below earner who rely on having a job that comes with insurance or pay for limited insurance that comes with all kinds of caveats, de-ductible, co-pay, pre-existing condistions in order to keep the cost down

  • @davijeph

So, you mean the lower income earners are the ones who object to it the most?

Sorry, I'm not American, so I'm pretty ignorant about the circumstances on the ground.

    Nonetheless, this issue fascinates me...

  • @Hammersley1967 I to am not a US citizen just a Brit trying to repel rioters but I have by reading many youtube comments (I to find it fascinating) and many Americans who are the most against the idea of having UHC are those who are saying they are not wealthy. True a lot of US citizens do understand that UHC's give far better value for money than their present private insurance plus their complex medicare systems. You would think they would all jump at the chance to get cheaper healthcare.

  • @Hammersley1967 A Health maintance orginiation. Basically, it's a policy that only hospitals, doctors, dentist, eye doctors, ect. that have a contract to only take certain patients with HMO. I don't like my health care system right now. I don't like these insurance companies overcharging clients for medication but I don't want health care thats rationed either. The United States needs to come up with a plan thats uniquley ours. Niether gov't take over or greedy insurance companies over charge.

  • @Gasparro18

On the upside, you are in a unique position to construct a UHCS from scratch and from the ground up. And a "uniquely US healthcare system" would not preclude you from borrowing ideas from other western countries. For example, we have a "PBS Safety Net", which means that waged people pay the first $500 of their yearly prescribed medication cost ($330 for unwaged) and then the govt pays for anything over and above that. Pensioners and unemployed never pay more than $5.40 for a script.

  • @Hammersley1967 My dad also explained that if I go to Canada as a refugee within 30 days I'll have access to health care. That safety net you said kinda reminds me of a welfare policy that the Republican party of the U.S. supports. 5.40 doesn't sound that bad.

  • @Hammersley1967

problem is the U.S. is controlled by the rich minority. The majority of us americans HATE this system.

  • @jeAh7

    So I'm learning...

IMO: Stems from the problem of Libertarian fundamentalism...

Freedom is not an end in its own right...

It is merely ONE principle amongst a plethora of other political principles (e.g. Communitarianism) that can (hopefully) contribute to social harmony, prosperity, and individual happiness...

  • @Hammersley1967 so many of our politicians feed us the lie that govt has no role in the solution to these kind of problems with health, education etc. they keep telling us to go to the private sector for services. i think that the country is slowly starting to realize that reaganomics and the policies of excessive privitization is disastrous to the middle class.

  • @jeAh7

Yes, the notion and practice of limited government and laissez-faire economics has been taken to the extreme in the west...

In Australia, our utilities were sold off during the 80s...

The result? Exactly the opposite of what was promised by the privatising these essential services...

Increased cost and poorer customer service...

  • @Hammersley1967

our utilities for the most part here have always been private. in fact electric, cable, and fixed telephones usually have monopolies in the areas they serve. so not only do we have private companies providing those services we have no options as to providers.

  • @jeAh7 The problem is that most Americans are too brainwashed by their political and religious leaders to be able to think objectively. On top of all that, the educational system is geared towards forcing people to believe that there simply is nothing better in the world that could even come close to the system that's in place in the US and anything that might sound better is automatically labeled as communism or socialism by people who wouldn't even know what that is.

  • If you are paying healthcare premiums that include the cost of running enormous complex health insurance companies then it is no wonder that the US health care system costs twice that of other nations and yet on average give far less.

  • @davijeph

    Well said!

These health insurance companies are the enemy, not the government.

  • Obamacare was signed on March 2010 with 59% of the people disapproving according to a CNN poll. The CBO scored Obamacare on six years of coverage for 10 years of taxes, which is how the CBO showed the bill to be deficit neutral . It’s unconstitutional mandating all citizens to purchase health care. Even Pelosi said, “We have to pass the bill, so you can find out what is in it.” watch?v=KoE1R-xH5To It’s also meant to take over industry watch?v=p-bY92mcOdk

  • @bootylicification This person proves that so many people take what the media says as Gospel without using their brains.CNN respondents account for .002% of the voting US population. You do the math.

  • I suppose we all should buy as much stock as possible in ALL the industries that have a stranglehold on consecutive US administrations. With those profits we should attempt to mitigate their influence on our personal lives.

  • We need Universal Healthcare Which should've pass 2010. But no the congress (that are most republicans) and the wealthy worries about making profits instead of taking care of its citizen. Thats ashame

  • @jessiesisavat sad do i feel for you that you believe that your sports team the democrats can do no wrong what so ever

  • @bazsohamste Republicans need to do there homework in congress. Thats all.

  • @jessiesisavat well i hate to let you know something then, republicans and democrats they 2 heads of the same body so for you to say that Republicans are the ones to blame for starting this whole miss, democrats could have put the republicans out of business forever, let me ask you this though why is the fearless leader not bringing our boys and girls home like he said he would before he became our fearless leader whats up with that?

  • @bazsohamster Yes Republicans and Democrats are two heads and have the same body but do you really think that Republican have any sense of knowledge of helping the public. All they can think about is business and seeing how the economy is going, they still continue to act as if nothing is going on in the public society which they are worrying about too much of there own wealth interest. Government which i say CONGRESS is suppose to solve problems not create problems.

  • @jessiesisavat Democrats are no better doing the same things now that there fellow Republicans was doing and still doing now you know how much D.C. is bought and paid for you know whats truly going on there and to sit there thinking oh i just bury my head in the sand and it will change, i don't know what to really tell you that to be rather honest, you don't think Democrats have the same buddies in D.C. that there fellow Republicans have?

  • @bazsohamster Also about bringing back our troops. We invaded there territories, It would cause many threats to our homeland. do you think its easy to withdraw our troops during a time where we killed osama bin laden. Its caution to our homeland. As right now there are republicans presidential candidates knows that they cannot take on Obama in the presidential election.

  • @jessiesisavat i guess your a believer that two wrongs make a right but the best thing about it all is once we run out of money and the world no longer accepts the USD because its value will be gone the control freaks will be force to withdraw the troops, let me ask you a very basic question what would you do if i was to come into your house taking your things of sentimental value, raped your wife, killed your kids?

  • @bazsohamster What is that basic question have to do with Our troops and the USD?????

  • in the US the medical ind and most republicans only want money They do not care about the poor who get sick. They do not care at all. Just so long as they have healthcare for themselves.

  • The US healthcare system is the most expensive in the world! And thanks to Obama's healthcare reform aka. Obamacare that was shoved down the throats of the American people, US healthcare got even MORE expensive!

Yes We Can!...PAY MORE FOR THE SAME!

  • In US everything has a price. Life has a price, health has a price, health, education and everything else has a price! So don't complain. That's part of democracy and freedom. Things are good when you suck all the resources by unfair trade agreements and invasion of weaker nations . But when things go bad and resources drain you will hurt! And lucky few will get rich, amazingly rich always thanks to government policies, while majority will strive all their lives just to make a living! That's US.

  • After having a heart attack six years ago which required hospitalisation, operation and after care, daily medication, health checks etc the direct cost to me over that six year period? ZERO. Yes, I have paid a portion of my income in tax towards maintaining our NHS but I along with every UK citizen never worry about health costs or not having full health cover. At cheaper cost overall and into a higher rated system compared to the US health model

  • @davijeph Same with australia. In the US you pay tens of thousands of dollars to re-attatch fingers. How much do you pay in AUS and the UK? NOTHING.

  • @Dragonfloe The question I would be asking if I was a US citizen (rich or poor) is, if it is truth in terms of overall healthcare citizens living in other western advanced liberal, capitalist , socialist democracies can be supplied higher rated health for all citizens at far cheaper cost why cannot it happen in the US? Which is true please see “the U.S. Healthcare system in international Context” . The answer for what its worth I believe is the power of the US medical insurance companies

  • I'm not answering any questions until you can ask like an adult, without insulting me.

  • The truth about Right-Wing lunatics, they do not believe everyone should deserve healthcare. They do not believe that women, gays, and people of color deserve equal rights! Right-Wingers are pro-super rich but anti-poor. They may scream "Big Government." but they love Big Government as much as they love Big Business!. They are so full of shit and the most unintelligent, sick thinking individuals in the world! And that is the bottom line!

  • Comment removed

  • The doctors are over charging the insurance companies...don't blame the insurance companies....

  • @DeepSouth16 dude are you gonna try and tell me that poor people have good health care in america?? surely not!! go on, be that much of an idiot , go on

  • @DeepSouth16 I guess you typed this after you drunk a big jug of moonshine at your shotgun shack!

  • @DeepSouth16 by the way u are bitching & farting here, it looks like u're a bot slaving for minimum wage

  • @DeepSouth16 u have no ''skills''. u are a sock puppet.

  • It's hard to take any critique of the USA from "Russia Today" seriously. It's impossible that a Russian media organization could be unbiased where it concerns the U.S.

  • @DeepSouth16 And you think in your mind that wealthy people care about ........YOU? All that southern moonshine made your ass drunk! Go back to your country shack and eat your pigfoot and cornbread!

  • @DeepSouth16 The very wealthy corporate rich did not earn anything. They lied, cheat, and steal to get what they want in this failure Capitalistic system, and they pay the politicians to look the other way. They either pay no taxes or low taxes while the working people have to pay their asses off where the money is not being at good use to help this country. Instead of spending money on illegal wars and other BS, the money could be spent on something more positive like UNIVERSAL HEALTHCARE!

  • @Artist1974CH man, you're like a sheep trying to enlighten the wolves here not to eat him cuz it's not fair :-)

  • @Artist1974CH it's impossible to reason with zombified american fascists, man. it's a proven fact :-(

  • @MrViTopol You're totally right!

  • @Artist1974CH You are, in my opinion, right. The largest American corporations payed little to no taxes. Strange days are these. We have workers demanding less workers rights, poor demanding the rich and corporations pay less taxes. As America moves towards a low wage economy less tax revenue will be raised. I think this a product of the "Red Scare". Corporations and wealthy have been using that bias to convince the population to move from democracy and socialism to mercantilism.

  • @natechomnicorp american transition to slavery and cannibalism will be smooth, i think. americans long for it deep in their hearts :-)...

  • The problem with healthcare in America is government meddling in the market place. When the government promises lots of benefits to the poor and the elderly and then fails to fully pay for them, the cost of healthcare goes UP! Health insurance, like any insurance, goes up when the cost of whatever you are insuring against goes up. This is true of any insurance, regardless. If the cost of car repairs goes up, so does the cost of auto insurance.

  • Wow, I have never heard so much bullshit in my entire life! "The US has a higher infnat mortality rate than 45 other nations"? You have to look at the data and how it's measured. The number one reason for death of children under 5 in the U.S. is accidents! Has nothing to do with health care. The W.H.O. is an anti-American organization who skews data to favor one nation over the other. The things they look at are not measured the same in every country. Don't believe me? Just look it up.

  • This is a bunch of crap. The US has the best health care in the world. We are more technologically advanced than any other country. That's why we have people coming from countries, which have socialised medicine, to the US for cancer treatment for instance. The way to reduce health care costs in the US is to allow competition across state lines. I should be able to shop for health insurance in Florida, for instance, even though I live in Texas.

  • @mardi06 actually asia and here in europe we are more advanced technologically and culturally

and in asia and all of europe we have have universal free healthcare

  • @DeepSouth16

No so-called American! It is about COrporate Greed! Do you really think rich man cares about you? Really? Do you?

  • it takes a special kind of first world country to let it citizens die int he street without public health whilst spending billions EVERY DAY killing foreigners

  • At least your safe from the terrorists America....lol

  • Thats why you make government smaller, lower taxes, and slash regulation. The reason prescription drugs are more common in the U.S is most likely due to fluoridated water. People need to learn that if they don't like their health provider then don't give them money, its that simple.

  • @Billywask So you want America to have total collapse?

  • @Artist1974CH explain how that would make america collapse, it would actually do the opposite.

  • @Billywask Small and Big Government are not the solution for America. Iran has a Big and Small Government which is why the country is unstable. I rather have a Government that willing to help the working and poor people in America. Lower taxes make America a bigger ghetto. Taxes need to be raise on the rich. We already have de-regulations that started under Reagan. That's why all types of big companies are messing over Americans.

  • @Artist1974CH You don't care that 48% of Americans are NOT paying federal taxes. You don't want to make sure they pay taxes. Instead, you want to raise the taxes on the ones who own businesses and hire people for work. You want to hurt those who create jobs and become successful, taking away the "American dream".

    Liberals are destroying America.

  • @Artist1974CH You statement, "Lower taxes make America a bigger ghetto" has got to be the dumbest, most ignorant comment I've ever heard. You other statement, "Taxes need to be raised on the rich" is a close 2nd.

Texas, the state creating MORE jobs than all states in America DOES NOT pay high taxes. California pays high taxes. THEY ARE BANKRUPT. Same with New York and several other high tax states.

Raising taxes on the rich is the liberal ignorance at play thinking that will fix the economy.

  • It doesn't make any difference if citizens pool their money in a "govt" insurance plan or if they pool it through a "private" insurance company, either way you are destroying competitive forces by allowing the health care providers to charge what the POOL can afford rather than what the INDIVIDUAL can afford. That is why the two party theives have you arguing over which is better, because they are the same thing to the health care providers that line the pockets of both parties.

  • @dlucas90 price is NEVER based on what the purchaser can afford it is based on supply and demand. The reason insurance companies charge so much is because their supply is limited by government regulation.

  • @Huboons You can't charge a customer more than the customer can afford or they wont be a customer at all. However, if a healthy group is paying for a sick individual, it is not relavant what the individual can pay, what is relavant is what the group can pay. When the supply of available money goes up, healthcare providers are free to demand more. If everyone payed their own way, few heart surgeons could afford to stay in business by charging a price only rich indivduals could afford.

  • @dlucas90 "You can't charge a customer more than the customer can afford or they wont be a customer at all" This statement contradicts itself. You are either a customer or you are not, and if you are not it does not preclude there being enough people who CAN afford the product. Price is not determined by affordability. There are a lot of crappy affordable products out there that never get purchased and the companies that sell them go out of business.

  • @dlucas90 "If everyone payed their own way, few heart surgeons could afford to stay in business by charging a price only rich indivduals could afford." This is absolute garbage. Government regulation of the industry distorts price and value, not a free market. But lets assume your statement was true. So what? Few can afford mansions, should government provide mansion subsidies for everyone?

  • This shit isn't rocket science. FDA and crooks from wall street and couple other places. get together and pilot. So what happens. make tv tell you how you feel, look, walk, what you eat and all. yep only in american. in 15 years i've seen so much shit happen to this country. Mexicans come take all the construction, Chinese are buying land, house like crazy. The food and water is poison. The education is the lowest in the world we rank 40 out of 180 countrys. kids in africa are smarter then m

  • @Greeksgonecrazy29 most Americans.Drugs is the biggest problem in the USA. Everyone is on it whether it's a pill for feelings, or weed for fun. heroin is now being replaced by pain pills. I can keep writing all day. But whats the point nobody listens. So go ahead and correct what i wrote, and tell me im crazy. but one day will be slaves to the Chinese. OR Russia

  • Global 2000 in effect. Remember, over half the earth's population must perish for the globalists plan for world domination to work. We are witnessing the thinning of the herd in the U.S.

  • @telemanque lol the Georgia gudiestones ...lmfao. Dude stop. the world will keep going and people will die. it would be nice to re-start creation again. nwo wont ever get it right. come on.

  • @Greeksgonecrazy29 Its in our faces, no matter how you, me or anybody else labels it. You must be high to see this and have the balls to deny it. Wish I can escape from reality.

  • @telemanque Duh, Bro but I'm not scared of this stuff I laugh at i. Jesus my lord and Savior will take care of it. Maybe not in my life time but All my faith goes to him. Im not blind I know whats going on. yes im high on Jesus, life and happiness. Wjhat am i suppose to sit here in fear because some people get on the internet or T.V and make up some lies to scare people. Hell no.

    This is a fear tactic.

  • @Greeksgonecrazy29 Make people scared, get them running for cover and then have them give there God givin freedom up for what, a little protection or free medicine. Nope ill take my chances with God, Also there is super foods all around that are natural, not man made. See if you think about it anything man made is bad for us. Peace love and respect.

  • @Greeksgonecrazy29 do research my friend. Some of these "lies"are concrete truths in fact. Isnt the the truth the light? And you mention Jesus. Religion is a fear tactic used time after time to sedate the people as well as control them. I have no problem with religion at all. Just people dismissing reality. Utter madness

  • @DeepSouth16 You are correct about why the healthcare is so expensive. Whenever the government gets involved, that's when things start to get messed up.

  • Its all rigged............THE HOUSE ALWAYS WINS!

  • AMERICAN MEDICAL/INSURANCE LOBBYISTS CANNOT WITHSTAND THE TRUTH. CHALLENGE THEM WITH TRUTH AND THEY FOLD LIKE A CHEAP CHAIR :-D

  • @DeepSouth16 <<<IN FASCIST AMERICA, THEY DON'T EVEN GET THEY'VE A FASCIST REGIME :-(

  • This video address the symptom but not the cause. The cause is run away litigation that causes doctors to do massive numbers of unnecessary tests. The cause is regulation red tape that means 35% of every dollar spent goes to compliance. The cause is also states preventing competition. The dude's point about prevention is a joke. Who doesn't know that being fat and not exercising leads to diabetes? We SHOULD be allowed to buy drugs from other countries.

  • when all is said and done - we get fucked over.

  • Just Say No to Drugs!!! All Drugs especially prescription Drugs

  • @DeepSouth16 your healthcare is shit cuz you're a nut jobs

  • People getting sicker? Americans are living longer every year.

    Nice fear mongering.

  • @CasperCee Why don't you compare the mortality and health of people in the US to Canada, and countries through out Europe where there is health care for all. Then tell me how this is "fear mongering".

  • @MrHellawicked In December 2007, the New York Times published a study showing that unintended side effects of INCREASED SPENDING on medical care could be the blame of higher infant mortality rate.

  • @MrHellawicked Why do more people get sick/die here in America? That's not hard to figure out. Look at the type of food most Americans eat. Look at the amount of people who own cars, the amount of traffic and the number of accidents.

Studies on Infant Death Syndrome show that interactions of maternal race/ethnicity and country of birth showed variations of leading causes of death.

  • @CasperCee IN FASCIST AMERICA, ''FOOD'' DIGESTS YOU...

  • @MrViTopol "Fascist America" started off with the Progressive Movement in America. FDR and Woodrow Wilson were a big influence on Mussolini - the one who created fascism - praised the government control initiated by FDR & Wilson.

  • Hummm...I guess you got that from Herbert Hoover's criticism about FDR. Gee, I always thought that Right-wingers loooooove Fascism! The truth is, they do. It turns them on when Corporations run their lives.

  • @Artist1974CH Who is the new leader who is following the same plan, using the same tactics of turning people against the successful, the wealthy and the bankers? BARRACK OBAMA.

YOU NEED TO DO YOUR RESEARCH AND STUDY HISTORY. You are another brain-dead liberal who doesn't listen to the facts & ignores history. You stay in your liberal world of stupidity and believe what you want.

Do you research and LEARN SOMETHING.

  • @Artist1974CH ..... should be permitted to have control and do whatever it wished to protect the interests of the "forgotten man" -- who both FDR and HITLER claimed to be deeply concerned with. Look up which 3 leaders/presidents made appeals to spark resentment against the rich, the international bankers and the economic royalists. Those same actions are still in play today by the liberal Democrats. Who were the 3 leaders?

    FDR, MUSSOLINI AND HITLER.

  • @Artist1974CH .... federal government, giving the President near-dictatorial status. The New Deal was made at the climax of the fascist moment when socialist countries could embrace nothing other than socialism. Look what America president's ideas and policies were entirely indistinguishable from the fascism of Mussolini. The New Deal, Italian Fascism and German National Socialism were all almost exact copies of each other. Fascism & progressivism both share the belief that the government.....

  • @Artist1974CH You really need to learn your history. Look up which president Walter Lippmann told that because of the economic situation, he has no alternative but to assume "dictatorial powers". Lookup who the two president's were during the Progressive era who put more federal control over the economy by creating both the Federal Reserve and the Income Tax, got us into World War I and who's New Deal prolonged the Great Depression. The New Deal greatly expanded the size & power of the....

  • @CasperCee I've already learned my history. The New Deal was very beneficial for Americans, if it have not been for the New Deal, Americans would be still out of work. That's why the Works Progress Administration program was created! That job program could have been reinstated these days, but LOSERS think only Corporations can create jobs! Sure, shitty no paying jobs, with longer hours, no longer paid vacation times, no good benefits, being controlled in and out of the job everyday!

  • @Artist1974CH No, you HAVEN'T LEARNED YOUR HISTORY. If you think the government "creates" jobs and benefits the economy, than you are backward-ass stupid.

Where does the government get their money from? Who pays government employees?

IT ALL COMES FROM TAXPAYERS. NO ECONOMIC BENEFITS OR STIMULUS.

  • @CasperCee When it comes to you Conservative Libertarians and Republicans, you all are very very very negative and selfish people! It is all about you and not the working people, not the poor people and not the next generation! If you people want to keep America stupid and embrace Corporatism, go right ahead. No one is stopping you because at the end you all will fail miserably.

  • @Artist1974CH That is the biggest pile of shit I've EVER HEARD. Selfish are the fuckheads who want to kill LIVING BEINGS because they say it's THEIR CHOICE. Selifish is taking money from those who earn it to give to those who CHOOSE to live off welfare. Selfish is expecting the government to do you for because you think YOU are entitled.

EVERY SINGLE SOCIALIST COUNTRY is on the edge of collapse. People are rioting because their government has FAILED. Because they are selfish, they are pissed!

  • @CasperCee The truth really does hurt huh? I guess you could careless about a poor child who is starving and need medical care because you feel that child CHOSE to be poor! Those European countries you are talking about, those people are mad as hell and have ever right to be because CAPITALISM fucked up their lives! Which country started this economic global downfall? You guess it! UNITED STATES OF CORPORATE GODDAMN AMERICA!

  • @Artist1974CH God you're a fucking whiner. Capitalism is as European as cafe culture. You think Europe isn't corporatised? How about: Ikea, Nestle, Bayer, Volvo, Minicooper, Daimler, Volkswagon. Audi, Peugot, Swiss Bank, Peugot, Barclays, Shell, BP, British Airways, Air France, every other European Airline, Airbus, Cable & Wireless, among thousands of others. Providing jobs, quality of life, and every one of them is a product of capitalism.

  • @ukpolemic Dog breath! Did I say that Europe isn't Corporatised? No! So go and dip your head in the corporate toilet!

  • @Artist1974CH "Dog breath"? Why would you say such a thing? I am text on a screen to you. Clearly you cannot smell my breath. That makes absolutely no sense at all (kind of like your whiny bullshit). Capitalism is rampant all over Europe and it was there long before the Americans had any influence in European industry.

  • @ukpolemic I see you are trying to talk sense to Artist1974CH. You'd be better off talking to a peanut... except peanuts are smarter than liberals.

  • @CasperCee Talking sense? Hahahaha he talks out of his asshole just like you! Cretin!

  • @Artist1974CH You sit there and believe all the bullshit Obama spews, like when he said that the government has not received a raise in 2 years when IN FACT, MOST OF THE GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES RECEIVED A $40 TO $50K RAISE LAST YEAR ALONE!!!!

You spew your ignorance and stupidity, expecting the government to "do for you" when HISTORY SHOWS THAT THE MORE THE GOVERNMENT TAKES CONTROL, THE MORE AMERICA'S ECONOMY IS BEING DESTROYED!!!!

  • @CasperCee And you sit there and believe in any crap coming from FoxNews or any right-wing news media outlets that tell nothing but lies! Hey! Are you enjoying yourself paying high premiums of your health insurance? Are you enjoying working longer hours of work with no longer vacation times, crappy salaries, no benefits at your fucked up job? Do you smile when you see US dropping bombs on innocent people? Do you think George Bush is someone who you want to drink beer with? Cretin!
