  • Thanks for the great review! I was gonna get the twist until I found the waltz and now I am confused. In the weight information it says the twist and waltz weight the same (17 lbs.) Is this correct? I wonder: is it heavy for plane travel? or just to carry and put in the trunk?

    Thanks!

  • @yapinita

The Waltz is a little too wide for the plane. It folds up and fits in the car with a big trunk or a mini van, but its wide stance makes it hard for smaller spaced.

I personally like the stability of the extra wide wheel base. It also makes pushing over grass and gravel smoother.

Some people have complained that the handle is too low, but I haven't had any problems.

  • Great demo :) PLEASE tell me some info I can't find online - is the crotch strap on the 5- point harness too short like it is on the Zooper Twist? I ordered one recently and had to send it back because my 7month old was basically being pulled up by the crotch strap. Unfortunately the strap wasn't adjustable so I sent it back because I thought it was like the equivalent of having a wedgy the whole time :( I like the Waltz b/c of the snack tray. If you say the strap is ok on the waltz I'll get it

Yes, actually. The Waltz does have an adjustable 5 point harness, but just to warn you, it's tricky. The adjustable clip is in the back, behind the seat. I actually had to take the fabric cover off to find it, but once I did I figured out I could just reach under the back flap of the cover and adjust it by feel.

The other nice thing is that the cover comes all the way off with a few snaps and unlatching, for easy washing. I can rinse it off in the shower and hang it outside.

  • Thank you so much for a great review! Like the demo baby as well : )

How does the wheel suspension perform on rough surface?

  • @jack19087

There is no suspension per se. But the tires are large enough and allow for enough wobble that I've never had any problem. I've pushed it on grass and gravel and it's worked fine.

Some smaller strollers with small wheels sink into the gravel, but this one floats on the surface with big fat wheels. It's great!

  • You did a fantastic review! Very helpful for those looking to make a Zooper purchase. :)

  • Hi again, just wanted to let you know we got the ZW! I did the exact same thing (not remembering the safety latch) right after the sales woman gave me a long tutorial. I am enjoying the light weight of the Waltz. My only complaint is that the handles are a little low for me, but then again I am 5' 10". But it is a great stroller and you cannot beat the price for what you get.

  • great review! Thanks so much.

  • @nicolerowan

Except I look like a dork. lol. I'm glad you found it helpful.

  • nice
