Should i mention that copper px lines =free power? Erm..... thank goodness for LED's!!!!! Perhaps soon i will make it back towards Ipsco road and behind Heaps.
What about the overturned service van on US 431 between Boaz and Albertville? Got pics of that one? LOL!! Hope you are doing well Andy. Long time no see.
@fls360 Ahhh, very few people know of that one. No pictures were taken of that one. It died nobly. And you know my name, doing well what with the tornados of late. (see my other video) We didn't get hit but I kept the fridge and essentials running for 94 hours straight. Backup units shown on my website. Come visit us in Madison AL if you're ever there. Email me for details @andywarren@otelco.net
BTW, DSL and copper phone line rock solid for 4 days when there wasn't power for 50 miles, 5 stars!
The driver that pulled the trailer across both lanes of traffic in thick fog and stopped it there was grossly negligent. Their insurance Co wouldn't even pay me for my electronics that were destroyed so I got mad and shot a roll of pictures of the truck and dropped them and the video on my lawyer's desk. About a year later they settled.
That's the attitude I was looking for! So in your mind it's perfectly OK to pull your trailer across 2 lanes of traffic and stop your tractor in the crossover in the median in dense fog and just watch the fun begin?
@supervisor42 i 'm sorry you wrecked your truck bu the cdl driver is at fault be cause he was not operating his truck according to the weather conditions and there fore liable fore his actions there is a bunch of selfish people on here but i also know you can be going 15mph and cause a great deal of damage like that in fogy weather
@7018welder It's a habit that the truck drivers in the area have; they pull their tractor into the crossover/median and the traffic in the lanes just have to stop while they wait for a space to pull into traffic on the other side. Works great intil the fog rolls in...
They picked it. The intake on the 351 was decapitated from the block and wedged in the firewall. I did like that engine even though I'm a chevy guy (see my dyno video). I started to keep the seatbelts out of the truck, but settled for the medallion from the grill which resides in the curio cabinet in my livingroom....even today.
The seatbelt shoulder strap didn't keep me from laying down either. On a side note, the cops measuring the skidmarks in the video, showed that I held the brakes locked until 1/4 of a second before impact; cut it a little close...

After all, the cars WILL stop, Right?
If not it's THEIR fault.
If that's how you think then you are an idiot.

First off, glad you survived but I wanted to ask if you got to pick which truck you wanted to drive or if they selected it for you? God bless Ford

IT IS a conversation piece.

You got lucky here. You must have layed down in the seat? I look at the pictures and just shake my head.....
