one thing i try to do sometimes is take in the negativity whether it is from myself or others and repackage and refurbish it to make the negative into a positive. And sometimes when ppl project what you may perceive as negative, could actually be helpful as we dont always realize that maybe we ARE actually involved in something that warrants criticism. How I protect myself is by thinking of myself by a waterfall. I can see everything. The flowing water, the rocks, the flowers etc. I can also hear the water rushing in a calm wave. I even hear the birds singing. I walk in the water and under the waterfall. As i get under, the water turns to a very pure white light. Slowly, as the water falls down, it is seeping into every inch of my body. The light is surrounding me like a cloak. The water is holy water and the light is from God.

Chant Ah in the right eye 10 times, then Oooh (sounds like boo) 10 times in the left eye, then Ah in the left brain 10 times, and finally Oooh 10 times in the right brain. This will help get your logical mind out of the way and activate the imagination centers in your eyes and your brain....

Good questions :) You can program them verbally or mentally. I do both ways. Usually I lower my eye lids, but not fully closed. You want to be in a little bit of an altered state of consciousness, and if you can do that with eyes wide open its fine. The ball of light is more opaque than translucent. You want it to feel solid and strong.
When you talk about the spheres being connected to a specific chakra (ie heart chakra) what does that mean visually? Some of my possible interpretations are the following: Do the colors reflect the chakras? Do you position the spheres so that the chakras are at specific focal points? Also, I have noticed you are not the only healer to end a conversation, "Be well." Is this part of the culture of healers? Is there a significance to this last parting remark?
The orange ball of light protects your emotions. Your 2nd chakra is orange, and is the energy center for your emotions. Pink (or Green) is the color for the heart chakra, and is the energy center for unconditional love. So the pink ball of light has the ability to transform negative energy into positive energy. Each sphere goes around the entire body...no specific focus on any particular chakra. Saying, "Be well" is just something nice to say...it feels good to hear, as it is a blessing!
I meant to say the reader told me to read certain scriptures in Psalms. You can program them yourself. Ask to be connected to the deva (the Spirit) of the crystal. Then tell it how you wish it to serve you. You can say this in your mind. If you are sensitive enough, you will feel a response from the crystal through vibration and/or a feeling.

How I protect myself is by thinking of myself by a waterfall. I can see everything. The flowing water, the rocks, the flowers etc. I can also hear the water rushing in a calm wave. I even hear the birds singing. I walk in the water and under the waterfall. As i get under, the water turns to a very pure white light. Slowly, as the water falls down, it is seeping into every inch of my body. The light is surrounding me like a cloak. The water is holy water and the light is from God.

Thanks for sharing this...one question, do you tighten your aura at the same time to protect it or is that not necessary? I have heard so many different ways of protecting ones energy field/aura and I've heard that tightening your field so that it's close to your skin is a good idea. Do you recommend any particular crystals that can help strengthen this intention? Thanks!

Greetings! Your videos are excellent and I am really enjoying them. Being a very sensitive person, I found your voice very reasuring, loyal and very calming. My problem is that I cannot 'visualise' and when ever a teacher says visualise a colour (which is one of my biggest problems), I just cannot visualise because I have been told to. What are the methods of visualising? Keep up the good work.

@Anuksonamun Thank you for the love! Sounds like you may need more integration of the right and left hemispheres of the brain. Try using soundwaves. Chant Ah in the right eye 10 times, then Oooh (sounds like boo) 10 times in the left eye, then Ah in the left brain 10 times, and finally Oooh 10 times in the right brain. This will help get your logical mind out of the way and activate the imagination centers in your eyes and your brain....

I also keep on seeing a sort of invisible pulsating energy every where, but no one else can see it, why? Can you give me guidence on how to develope this?

Is it possible to set up a shield always without hurting oneself? I live with someone who thinks nothing of mind controlling others, and I am constantly under psychic attack. I have made an effort to limit my contact with this person, and to shield myself as much as possible, but I sometimes feel myself slip, especially when I'm sick or tired. I have to also protect my infant daughter - I race in and intercept these "thought bolts". She panics when being mind controlled. :( Soon we hope to move.

Good questions :) You can program them verbally or mentally. I do both ways. Usually I lower my eye lids, but not fully closed. You want to be in a little bit of an altered state of consciousness, and if you can do that with eyes wide open its fine. The ball of light is more opaque than translucent. You want it to feel solid and strong.

When you talk about the spheres being connected to a specific chakra (ie heart chakra) what does that mean visually? Some of my possible interpretations are the following: Do the colors reflect the chakras? Do you position the spheres so that the chakras are at specific focal points? Also, I have noticed you are not the only healer to end a conversation, "Be well." Is this part of the culture of healers? Is there a significance to this last parting remark?

The orange ball of light protects your emotions. Your 2nd chakra is orange, and is the energy center for your emotions. Pink (or Green) is the color for the heart chakra, and is the energy center for unconditional love. So the pink ball of light has the ability to transform negative energy into positive energy. Each sphere goes around the entire body...no specific focus on any particular chakra. Saying, "Be well" is just something nice to say...it feels good to hear, as it is a blessing!

I meant to say the reader told me to read certain scriptures in Psalms. I want to let others know that numbers are EXTREMELY important, and to visit a certified numerologist to find out what their numbers are, but PROTECT yourself, when the readers called the names of the people who were jealous of me, I couldn't believe it, it was some of the people that I had known for years who were smiling and pretending to wish me well. One more thing. Meditation has been EXTREMELY helpful, but you have to be somewhere that you love to be and concentrate fully. I like water, so I either meditate in the bathtub or near water and it's been working very well, and avoiding other energy has been very rewarding. On the downside: I've become a bit of a recluse.

I've been told by my reader that there are a lot of jealous, negative energies around me, and that my mental power is VERY STRONG, & that others can feel it and resent me for it, he told me to pour salt where I live & to read It's become so bad that I stay inside a lot now to avoid all energies. I am an 11-birthname, so I know what you're talking about, it's very frustrating because it's visionary power, and people don't understand you and it's a very isolated feeling

@Onery1 I can relate to your situation. I'm a magnet for peoples insecurities, jealousies & their shadows. I have a very strong psychic energy and also put off an aura of being able to see "read" people very well I guess they pick up on it. My BS detector is well tuned.
I am by nature non=confrontational but whatever shadow folks carry w/ them seem to come out around me. I isolate myself a lot at home & in nature. I use to be very social but I'm just very wary at present time. Hope it passes.

You can program them yourself. Ask to be connected to the deva (the Spirit) of the crystal. Then tell it how you wish it to serve you. You can say this in your mind. If you are sensitive enough, you will feel a response from the crystal through vibration and/or a feeling.

orgonite is a very special crystal as well, when I went through a very intense attack and my kundalini slipped out from me ,this crystal & my prayer to ArcAngel Michael saved me but we are all different in a way. I read a book of shamanism which visualizing a 'power animal' as a protector was common in their practice. Do you believe this can help in your meditation and creation techniques? The animal need not be something large like a tiger, but anything that makes you feel confident or has a special meaning to the individual. What do you think?
